– edu: finished 5 chapters in Yurugu w/ @AfroN8V group
– edu: 2x toured KMT artifacts at Met museum w/ Mfundishi Jhuthyms
– edu: listened to talks on Mdr Ntchr by Dr. Rkhty Amen
– edu: attended Tony Browder ASA Restoration Project update. Amazing!!
– act: participated in Kemetic New Year celebration at tekhen
– act: ordered new Kemetic calendar from The Earth Centre (Dogon)
– act: rising with Sun, doing standing or walking meditation for 30 minutes
– act: sewed 5 tops + 3 pants from African fabric (destroyed business suits)
– act: grew red okra, ginger, Black pole beans, Black peas, cow peas, sorghum
– act: growing yellow yam, purple yam, 3 mangos, 4 avocados as experiment
– diet: consistently eating plantain, okra, ginger, black rice, sorghum, mango

I can’t feed AAALLL y’all from my little garden yet, but at least you can feast your eyes and spirits on these lovely red okras. Pods are now 6-8 inches long and still growing. Got 7 plants total in grow bags.
Behind the okra is a small stand of sorghum. Didn’t think these plants would grow in bags, but BOOM! they did. Deep compost and wood chips is my secret. Now you know.
