Today I did a 23-minute stretching session:
-9 minutes of knee stretches
-7 minutes of lower body stretches
-7 minutes of back stretches
Heard a lot of popping sounds while doing these stretches and once I finished, I felt a huge weight off me. I was able to walk around and wash dishes with a better posture. Especially after those knee stretches!!
