Black to it after a busy week! This session burned 🔥
– 12 minute arm exercise with 7.5 lb/3.4 kg weights on each arm
– 4 minute HIIT tabata exercise
– a few minutes of stretching
I had a little difficulty getting through the first part of this workout session. I gently pushed myself and felt my strength come back. Trying to stay focused on my health goals. ❤️🖤💚-
