Our marketing and brand strategy is to produce the highest quality palm wine packaged in a beautifully aesthetic earthy package. Our brand and message are important, and we believe that people don’t buy what you make but why you make it. Our brand and marketing strategy will reflect this every step of the way.
Palm wine marketing strategies:
1. Advertising in Ghana palm wine magazines
2. Palm wine pairing dinners with local chop bars and venues (We will promote these events to their loyal customers). Loyal customers can become members for ₵3,999. 15 local chop bars and venues have agreed to feature our palm wine and will work with us to schedule events.
3. Active social media presence allows consumers to track our changing palm wine selection reinforcing our brand message.
4. Attendance at local palm wine festivals and competitions.
5. Strong partnership with local businesses, tv, and radio stations to reinforce our brand and engage our target market.
Other avenues for promotion:
1. Guest chefs will be invited to our distillery to host special dinners. We have spoken to the New Juaben Municipal Office, and they have placed a deposit to rent our facility for a private dinner when we open in Q1-2023. Furthermore, we are meeting with 92.3 Koforidua FM and All Nations University to schedule private events for staff.
2. Quarterly palm wine tap contests. The winner gets to assist our team in the distillation process.
