Phase 1 – On-site sales at the Palme Wine O distillery and tasting room. We will also produce five house brands for the Koforidua Beverage Company.
Phase 2 – We will open a satellite tasting room in Akuapem. We will also expand our wholesale footprint by distilling more palm wine and selling it to bars, restaurants, and retail establishments. Our CEO, Kwaku’s excellent experience in sales, makes him uniquely positioned to lead this expansion.
Phase 3 – Once we have established our retail brand in Ghana, we will work with African distributors to expand in key markets like Nigeria, Cote D’Ivoire, Uganda, Congo, and South Africa. The volume of palm wine produced here will necessitate opening a larger distillery.

Although the original plan distilled something different, this company received over $50M in equity financing because it executed its strategy perfectly.
What I liked about this marketing plan was that Kwaku was proactive in securing partnerships and facility rentals with local chop bars, venues, universities, etc. I’m skeptical of deals with weak market research. Go into the market and secure partnerships, letters of intent, etc. Don’t tell me you can do it, but show me you can do it. It gives me more comfort that we have revenues coming in on day one.-
