I took this picture today, this is Bamileke traditional dress called < atoghu > or < toghu > which has sacred Bamilke traditional symbols hand embroidered on velvet fabric. The Bamileke hat is called < mekan >. Most data I would have to research from natural speakers of Bamileke languages to find a suitable pronunciation of these terms. If Bamileke speakers in this group can assist with the IPA of these terms please do. Good day.
