To look toward the 21st century, I must look backward and forward at the same time. I must first look back at the 15th century. At the 500 year span of time, the age of mentacide, and explain the colonization of the mind that has brought us to the sad state where we can get close to liberation-close enough to touch and taste it-and turn around and move in the other direction. When you keep a people out of power so long, they long desperately for power. And when they get close to power, they panic!
