I have been hearing this news for about a week now and am very impressed with the 3 Afrikan countries who have started this initiative and are on the same page, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Zimbabwe, so far. This should be a principle written in stone, and passed on from generation to generation for millions of years to come.
Stop allowing raw minerals and all other resources to be taken off the continent. Process, Produce, Manufacture and Distribute yourselves and create jobs for your people so they will not have to leave and be mistreated by criminals for governments in other countries.
This is a very good template for all Afrikan countries to adopt and get those parasites off the continent permanently. Let them pay upfront for the finished product.
