“Malcolm X’s Family To File $100 Million Lawsuit Against NYPD, FBI, And CIA
The family of Malcolm X said Tuesday they will file a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit against the FBI, the CIA, and the NYPD for “concealing evidence” over the civil rights activist’s assassination in 1965.
“We will seek justice for a man, a very young man, who gave his life for human rights,” said his daughter Ilyasah Shabazz, who accused the agencies of covering up a conspiracy to murder Malcolm X.”
