CONFERENCE PLANNING MEETING RESUMES SATURDAY APRIL 1st!
Greetings all,
Due to challenges with the internet and other issues we were not able to meet these last two weeks. But we are black in business with the website and our organizing towards the Conference and Concert! Please be available online, this Saturday April 1 for our weekly Saturday meetings.
April 1st Agenda:
1) Updates on speakers, sponsors, vendors, and participants.
2) Timeline/Deadline and expectations for each deadline. (Readjusting the timeline and earlybird fees?)
