This is a good change, needed across the continent. At present, the world believes that there are 1.735 billion across the continent. In the U.S., the official census undercounts African-descended people by as much as 8.3 percent. When African nations take complete control over their demographic dynamics, we will rise to the next level of understanding our true power on this Earth.
