I also serve as the Coordinator of the upcoming 8th Pan African Congress part 1 to be held in Harare, Zimbabwe and called by H.E Ambassador Arikana Chihombori Qua in preparation for the 8th Pan African Congress part 2 to be held in Kampala, Uganda next year. The following questionnaire is for leaders, senior analysts and seasoned activists on the ground in the following countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
