The problems in the Caribbean just seem to be increasing with no light in sight. Within the last 2 years, another consul officer from Barbados was removed from Florida for an alleged attack on a child. Barbados never carried out an investigation because the creep had diplomatic immunity, and they saw no reason why they should. Every week we can hear about a sexual attack on a little boy or girl by grown men on the island.
The ones selected as consulate officers have immunity because of the passports they carry. So countries are being warned to be aware of these potential attackers; they should never be allowed to escape accountability. They see these crimes as normal, and know how to get away, no different to attacking and disrespecting Afrikan women and children. Everyone must remain on guard.
