Greetings Family, As some may know I was on a 21 day water cleanse. I started on October 1st and it ended this last Saturday, October 21st. It wasnt easy, especially while managing daily house duties with a household of 9 people, but Im Happy to say I lost 22lbs! My fitness journey isn’t over yet. But at least this part is complete. Looking forward to getting healthier!
