It marks ‘many moons’ today, that I began the process towards decolonizing and I started wearing my hair without straightening it. Today, I unapologetically wear my hair ‘as is’ or get it in Afrikan Kmtyw styled cornrow patterns. It’s a bold stance to take around ‘magicals’ let me tell ya!
