Our yoga instructor, Neter Aunkh, who gives certification classes for the yoga of Kmt, Tjef Sema Paut Neteru, has challenged his Basu (instructors) to a 365-day challenge. I am proud to say that I have not missed a day since Jan. 1, 2024.

@obadelekambon I was going strong just missing one or two days until June, when I lost my motivation. I reset my goal to at least 200 days and have reached 191 to date. It’s an excellent practice though .. . . and it makes a big difference.
