      Fasting

“The one who is controlled by his belly, belongs to the enemy.”

“The one who obeys his body belongs to the enemy.”

Fasting is the act of purifying yourself. Fasting is the act of purifying your body.

There are Black=Abibifo=Afrikan people who says they can never fast for 3 days, 7 days, 21 days, 40 days. You don’t know the power and control you have over your body and mind. You don’t know the control and power you have over yourself. You have given the control of your body, your mind and yourself to foreign entities other than yourself. You are easily controlled by food, lust, and misguided tastes and desires.

But, if a Black person=an Afrikan person=Obibini says “I am going to fast for 3 days, 7 days, 21 days, 40 days” and is determined and disciplined to go through the fasting process, then you, the Afrikan person=Black person=Obibini will actually learn the power of controlling your body, your mind and yourself. You will proof to yourself that indeed, you do have control, you do have power and you do have discipline over your body, your mind and yourself. You wielded the control and power of foods, appetite, lust, misguided tastes and desires, and any foreign entities that was trying to enter your body under your own control and under your own power. You are in control of your body. You are in control of your mind. You are in control of yourself.

If you can control your body and mind and fast for certain cyclical period of days, then people cannot control you with certain trinkets. People cannot dangle trinkets, like foreign ideas, thoughts, practices, promises, desires, etc., in front of you.

If you can control your body and mind and deny yourself of food, one of the most essential and basic drive of life, then people can not control you. Foreigners can not control you. But if you cannot stop eating and if your cannot stop misguided tastes and desires entering your body and mind, then people can control you with anything. If you cannot control what goes into your mouth, your palate, your stomach, your belly, your body, your mind, your spirit, then anyone can control you.

“The one who obeys his body belongs to the enemy.”
