I always enjoy my early Sunday morning workouts. This morning in total I did,
60 bicep curls and alternating with 20 and 25 lbs dumbbells.
100 sit-ups
50 squats on a balance board with a 15 lbs ball.
30 minutes on the elliptical machine.
For breakfast, I’m going to dice up some avocados, grape tomatoes, and onions and sprinkle a bit of ghost pepper and sea salt. I’ll probably have a mango and banana with it.
