Article 6 to Article 8 of The Native Land Act of 1913 allowed Native Indigenous Black people to remained on white farms as migrant workers and/or migrant laborers.
It allowed Churches and Missionaries to keep lands they have already acquired and to acquire more lands for spreading Christianity in South Africa.
In addition to the white supremacy racist laws established in South Africa as a Segregationist/Apartheid policy, there were also the policy of labor control of the Native Indigenous Black people in South Africa.
