Historic Peace Agreement Signed in CAR Under Chadian Mediation
Under the leadership of Field Marshal Mahamat Idriss Déby, Bangui reached a peace accord with two major armed factions: the 3R led by Oumar Abdel Kader, known as “Sembe Bobbo,” and the UPC, commanded by Ali Darassa.
