Azawad separatists shift to fiber-optic FPV kamikaze drones
Fighters from the Azawad Liberation Front have begun using FPV drones with fiber-optic control links. This allows them to bypass portable electronic warfare (EW) systems deployed on African Corps vehicles.
This technical upgrade makes their drones less vulnerable to signal jamming and increases the chances of striking targets accurately.
