Last night while freezing in my tent I had a glimpse of clarity; Blackness is a vastly creative life force. In the amerikkkan death trap colony of hell we see this in the regional expressions of Blackness (north, south, east and west). The Caribbean has its own multiplicity of Black expressions throughout and the homeland is the greatest example of this. And I think it can be hard for some of us to see ourselves as extensions of each other with us having such vibrant, regionally specific, transformations of universal Black aspects on top of being purposefully castrated from each other. So I wonder how do we sow these fragments together. Wherever we are there are universal principles of Blackness that manifest; authenticity, honesty, expressiveness and spirit. Which intertwines with the nuances of the environment we’re in; adapting and integrating this pure essence to become its own unique living culture. So how do we reconnect on the premise of a shared fate if we have been masterfully conditioned to cheer the loudest at each other’s destruction – in a way people in 2025 will receive, internalize and respond to? I think of memes, movies and music.

How about transforming over mutating? Mutating is SLC24A5 into a cavebeast/neanderthug.

@Ɔbenfo Ọbádélé this is the DNA sequence for the mayo monsters I’m guessing. Transformation makes more sense if we are to use words intentionally!

@virginpoppy That’s for the westside mayo monsters. For the eastside ones, it’s OCA2 Polymorphism
