Windows 10 Support Ending October 14
I imagine most people are using Windows computers here, and when it comes to Microsoft, they stop supporting their older operating system(s) (OS) so you are forced to move to their newest OS. Windows 10 support is finally coming to an end this month. What does that mean for Black people in countries with less resources to be able to acquire new hardware that will support the newest OS? Because everytime a new OS comes out, the hardware requirements are higher. This will leave those endusers vulnerable, and it’s recommended not to get on the Internet with an OS that’s no longer supported by the vendor. As an alternative to Windows, there are open-source Linux OSs that are kept up to date. For the family living in Black countries, for the Windows users you know, has everyone gone to Windows 11? Let them know about Windows 10’s end of support.
