The solution to this (large scale) problem and basically all our other problems requires leadership – something that we currently don’t have much of, unfortunately.
There’s not even any Abibiman countries for real. The efforts of the AES is the closest but they have yet to establish themselves and proven their legitimacy.
Grassroot efforts often lead the way to providing communities with real solutions. The people gonna have to figure it out for themselves.
