It’s embarrassing that we can’t seem to come up with an original idea.

I think one way or another even if it takes a few thousand more years (it really shouldn’t but it is what is), ultimately, I think that level of unification is destined.
With that said, it looks to me that most of the time at least, when we talk about a grand kind of unity, it’s usually just another cop out. Another head to the sky “goal” with no real strategy. No real plan. Just more “hope”. More “gospel”. Us, once again, pointing to something that is “out of reach” as a way to excuse ourselves out of responsibility.
Not saying this applies here btw. Maybe it does maybe it doesn’t.
Point is we don’t need a worldwide type of unification. We never did. The few of us that are on this path (or at least claim to be I guess) just need to get serious in order to truly solve our problems.

I gather that we will unite one way or another sooner or later. The goal is unity but the hurdle is different mentalities born out of each of us environment, conditions and conditioning.
The honourable Marcus Mossiah Garvey was the closest to establish a united Afrika, with his 2 M+ members. We missed that chance. Today no one is coming close, maybe the Nation of Islam, but I don’t think that their main objective is a united Afrika.
Right now we have so many movements and groups who are panafricanists and have a true love for Afrika and Afrikans, however, sadly none has managed to convince our people in masses, how to unite Africa and get it done. Because they do not offer jobs and opportunities to their members. The masses of our people need jobs or businesses to function. Then listen and follow. So any movement or group that does not offer those two, will be limited.
There is a brilliant African man who came up with an original language and way of life in the 70s, he offered great knowledge, love of self and kind. Showed outstanding leadership and spiritual connection to the ankhcestors, still his mission is fighting to survive, while the enemy sent him to prison since 2003. That man is called Dr Malachi York.
Finally, in 2026, the closest we have to a united Afrika is AES. Once they federate, things will be very different for 72 million African in the Alliance. Then others will follow when they see the strength, security, jobs and development coming from that federation.

@Abib If you don’t mind, could you say a little more about Dr Malachi York. Sources/book recommendations would be appreciated as well ✊🏿

That’s what I was saying tho. I don’t think we need to convince the masses. And as you pointed out as well there are many “Pan-Afrikanist” groups. The real question here is why haven’t they convinced themselves? Why is there so much disunity from groups that claim to be about unity?
A successful movement doesn’t require the masses. And ironically, if we actually organized properly at ground level, the masses then would easily follow.
