O Karma!
The so-called leaders in this region, once elected refuse to do their work, or do right by the people, although paid excellent salaries, with perks. They believe every day is one big party, with big rides and boasts about mansions in Miami, but cannot tell anyone where they get the money. Their large salaries never reflect the larger lifestyles. When populations complain about the poverty and stagnation, they are met with ridicule, threats and laws to incarcerate or fines they cannot afford to pay if they don’t shut up. They never think they are answerable to the people who pay their salaries, and will punish any questions asked about their activities.
Although some of us worked to make sure the ones in Barbados pay heavily for what they have done, and are more than deserving of this outcome they actually aided in their downfall as well. They will definitely be monitored going forward by just about everyone. We can now ponder how many of the likeminded in the AU got themselves too involved with the Caricom gang and are also under surveillance. No one is surprised or shedding a tear for their embarrassment, they do much worse to populations, who are their employers, but they get this psychotic thrill pretending otherwise.
