We give deep thanks to everyone who joined and contributed during last night’s President Ibrahim Traoré Mural Listening Party Fundraiser with Heru Ofori Atta.

Because of your support, we reached our $4,000 goal for the evening. That is BlackCellent progress, and we truly appreciate every single person who donated, shared, invited others, listened, danced, and helped push this forward.

At the same time, we still have a long way to go.

The mural work alone is GH₵65,000 before transportation, installation, and related costs. Our larger goal is to raise $50,000, so that after the mural is completed, the lion’s share of the funds can go directly to the patriotic fund in support of Burkina Faso.

This mural is bigger than paint on a wall. It is a statement of Abibitumi ‘Black Power’, Abibifahodie ‘Black Liberation’, and organized support for a leader and a people standing firm.
