It’s about to get real! I bought a Bowflex Pro machine at a thrift store for $60 this past weekend, and I just ordered the Vitamix Blender. The goal now is to lose 10 lbs. in a month.

At my peek in this challenge I was at 196 and now I’m at 202. I’ve been eating a lot of fried yams and plantains lately and not working out enough.

The Vitamix came in and the wifey ain’t happy about it. Oh well! This is why I purchase these things without her knowledge.
