Globalization: The euphemism for eurasianization/whitenization
In this talk, Okunini Kambon dispels the myths uncovering the mask of eurasianization/whitenization under the euphemistic term “globalization.” On the one hand, eurasians use this as part of their continued deception to hide their culturally particular behaviors behind a fraudulent “universalism.” On the other hand, it softens the sting of defeat and domination for duped erstwhile Afrikans. Rather than bluntly telling themselves that they are blindly aping eurasians, they are able to say that they are striving for a “global standard.” Thus, the continent is re-conquered without much resistance due to the manipulation of terminology. In this talk, Okunini gives definitions, case studies, and example after example to make his case beyond any shadow of a doubt. AfroN8V –
Globalization is the globalization of westernization/eurasianization and this discussion deals with that! Obenfo Obadele due to love he has for our people has the patience to elaborate on a subject with an interviewer who doesn’t make it easy! And love how grandcestor Nana Amos Wilson is always acknowledged.
Bakari Kwadwo Ọbatayé –
never more clear is the sentiment “everything is really just one thing” – when understanding that your name is your constitution – tossing the term “africa” in exchange for “the Black Land” in all Black languages is Blacksolutely neccesary. In that case, “globalization” is clearly not the play for Black people. I highly recommend this discussion for the clarity it provides for how Black People should regard the Black land.
