– 10 minutes inner thigh toning
– 8 minutes of upper body stretching

Black to it! This time, im focused on being consistent. Health is wealth.
⭐️ Did a 17-minute dumbbell workout with 5 lbs/2.26 kg on each arm. I felt the burn!
Afterwards, i noticed that i was walking and moving around with a better posture and coordination.
Lets get fit together ❤️🖤💚
