Great job on the 12 laps. That’s as far as I got on the olympic-sized pool here. Had to go to sleep afterwards.

Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 8 years agoI always enjoy my early Sunday morning workouts. This morning in total I did,
60 bicep curls and alternating with 20 and 25 lbs dumbbells.
100 sit-ups
50 squats on a balance board with a 15 lbs ball.
30 minutes on the elliptical machine.
