Afternoon workout
Dip machine: 200 lbs 60 reps
Arm extension machine: 70 lbs 60 reps
30 minutes (2 miles) on the lateral elliptical machine
Lunch: Brown rice and bean stew with stir-fry.
This evening I’m going to give Nate Bowers new heavy bag workout a try.
