Just completed a 15 minute brisk walk with inclines and some strength training to start the morning. Feeling good…

This week did vitamins 6 days out of 6 so far. Still need to get the sleeping in order because of clients in multiple time zones diet was good but could be better. This week setting sleep goals. Think the vitamins are working but I can’t wait to see how I feel once diet, vitamins, and sleep are all in sync.
