Just completed a 15 minute brisk walk with inclines and some strength training to start the morning. Feeling good…

Maadwo ! Today I did a 10-minute ab workout ON THE BED. Yes you read that right; this workout is so simple that its bed friendly. This one burned.. especially those flutter kicks 😭

Started the week light with a 7-minute leg workout. Again don’t be fooled by the short time frame. When mountain climbers are included in the workout, it feels even longer lol
