Kwaku and I finished upper body today.

195 is my optimal weight, so now my goal is to improve my strength and mobility/flexibility.
– The goal is to bench press my weight.
– 10 pull-ups
– And do a range of Capoeira moves.-

My diet is finally very balanced, and I found better ways to prepare foods I like. For instance, I air fry my plantains instead of frying them in oil. I thought it was the oily texture and sweetness I liked, but after air frying my plantains, it’s the sweetness my palette enjoys.

Blacktastic! Plus, with eating the fruits whole, you will be getting the fiber. Most of those “health concious” folk dont mention that fiber is lost in the juicing process
