Bay leaf tea is delicious. Just using bay leaves and when the water boils, letting them simmer for about 15-20 minutes or even 30.

Sounds delicious indeed. I love that you make tea the proper way, not simmering the leaves for only 5 minutes like the krakkas advise

Okunini Wade Nobles says, “Power is the ability to define Reality and to have others respond to my definition as if it were.” I definitely concur with Baba Nobles and I also see Power as the ability to do! The ability to change my Reality. What does Power mean to you?

Power is planting the seeds of change that will eventually grow and bear fruit for generations after you’ve transitioned.

Have you guys experienced this: So when I read anything by @mwalimubaruti and Nana Marimba Ani, Okunini Amos Wilson & Baba Chancellor Williams, it all comes around full circle. Mentacide & Clarity helps me innerstand Yurugu & Black on black violence (the psychodynamics of black self-annihilation in service of white domination), helps me to…

I just purchased Mentacide by Mwalimu Baruti and I have Yurugu and Black on Black Violence too
