The term “pan-africanism” has been obscured so much that it has become dangerous. In the paper, they don’t clearly say who and who are “Africans” and also ignores the fact that a.u. has been of zero use to Africa because it is flawed from its very foundation. We are not all the same on the continent since there are diabolical arab groups in north and northeast Africa that have worked with diabolical europeans against us through centuries and still do even today.
