Greetings all,
Just a quick update. I met with a lawyer last week as well as an old Prof. who previously held a very high rank on campus for advice. The lawyer suggested dealing with procedural anomalies and irregularities on the part of the Director and the fact-finding committee and the Professor recommended that I ask for a copy of the “fact-finding committee’s” report. I submitted a letter on Friday asking for that. I will keep you posted on some of the procedural irregularities such as selective application of rules (see the attached image), ignoring the man’s comments advocating violence, not interviewing several key stakeholders who were present at the time (and who later signed the petition), not following up with/contacting online commenters to establish whether their comments were based on what the man said or what I wtote, kwk.
