I’ll also be joining in to help support this site as it’s such a great and much needed resource. I need to align myself in the right direction.

4 years agoAbibitumi Fitness Challenge 4 years ago4 years ago I made a commitment to heal. 2016 (at 235 lbs / 106 kg) to now 2020 (at 145 lbs / 65 kg).
