Since our last conversation, I’ve been hanging on in survival mode.

I was really hoping to visit and I still look forward to visiting.

In our last conversation, I asked if it was still OK to continue with the plan for my visit. You said you would consult the council and get back to me. I never heard back from you until now.

Please let me know if and when it would be advisable for me to visit and if so, would you still be able to pick me up and bring me back home?
