Did anyone get vaccinated and have since done an extended fast of any kind for the purpose of undoing its effects? The more I learn about the covid vaccine (Pfizer trial data, controlled studies for “patients” who took the shots, etc) the more excited I am to juice fast. I am not psychologically prepared for a traditional or water fast but…

Good start! I did a 21 day water fast last year. And i typically do 72 hour fast each month first three days of the month.
