Yaw Pereko changed the description of the group The Fools & Anti-Truth Agents from “This forum examines the disconnect between truth, reality and vain words.
Sharing my experience from the Jamaican and USA diaspora point of view.
Proverbs 18:2 (James 3:17)
A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.
1. What happens when we refuse to accept facts seen and felt by the actions of others?
2. Should we continue to rely on their kind words and promises?
3. When will we wake up and realize that faith words without works are dead promises?
Their lack of knowledge and their prideful ways kept them from making any meaningful and lasting changes for their communities. The more they suffer the more they blindly say we will rebuild; we shall overcome, and we shall not be moved. Is it not insanity when someone repeats the same actions over and over and expects a different outcome?
Deuteronomy 8:2-3
And you shall remember the whole way that the your Creator has led you these forty years in the wilderness, that IT might humble you, testing you to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep IT’s natural commandments or not.
My confession:
I am not a Christian anymore, but I have studied the Bible extensively over the years, so you will find me relating to this book and other books for some gems of truth contained in its pages. I believe truth can be found everywhere because truth of nature is not isolated to any one group of people or place.” to “This forum examines the disconnect between truth, reality and vain words.
