My weight has crept up to 205 which is a shame on my part. My personal best in this challenge was 196 after starting at 210.
This morning, I ran for 45 minutes and did 100 sit-ups. However, instead of eating a big fruit salad, I eat a basket of Cajun fries. Now I’m in deep regret mode and will hit the bags hard for 30 minutes tonight. Starting next week my goal is to knock 20 lbs in 2 months. No more French fries or bread…..
What a shame!

Good advice, however I see this forum as a public diary so I don’t see a problem with expressing myself. I will look back at this post in a few months (after I’ve met my goal) with a different outlook. Meda ase!

Got you. You can do it. I find the hardest thing is the discipline of not buying it at the store. If it ain’t in the house it’s so much easier. maybe you need a shopping buddy.

@bestveganchef, I don’t have a shopping buddy, but I’m shopping every Sunday morning, and that has worked out well. How are you doing? I know you made some significant progress when you first started the challenge. Meda ase!
