At my temporary job, this sista who usually wears her hair in it’s ‘natural’ state straightened it. This white lady was going on and on about how it was “soooooooo cute” (psychological warfare). I quickly interjected that her natural hair was very beautiful. White lady was like, “oh yes, her hair isbeautiful like that too.” I was thinking to myself, “Bish, don’t even try it.”
