Is this why many in the continent value White representations of the Creator, regardless of evidence that suggest the original Man And Woman were created in SubSaharan Africa? I think there is validity to this position.

It’s funny in a ‘not funny’ way. I think our sources are sometimes limited based on our limited networks and acknowledgment of African sources of credible information about ourselves and our history. Honestly, I believe the griots (my elder uncles and aunts) as more valid than much of what I read on the internet. I hope as the sister grows and continues to live on the Continent, she will make connections with conscious Africans who have a connection with history, knowledge of relics, language, and important sites so that she can begin to have more valid sources for information. The statement wasn’t incorrect, but she could have left out that as a source. :D
