What are your thoughts on Phillip Scott (African Diaspora News). I used to follow him then found out he is married to a non black female. Also, some of our fave Ancestors like Nana Cheikh Anta Diop and Franz Fanon were married to non black. Your thoughts on this?

I have nothing to add about the ancestors. But Scott? Recently, he sent me a message that was crappy. I didn’t know he was married to a woman who was not Black. Figures. Let him get on her damn nerves.

I’d say take the news he passes along if informative but to support via superchats, donations etc. Their channel has nice collaborators and good content you’d be hard pressed to find elsewhere

His heart is in the right place. And I think he truly cares about black people. However, he’s stuck in a hard place. Not that I support marrying a non-white person but they got married and had a child before he became conscious.
