“One does not need the wind if it’s already cold outside.”
“Mtu haitaji upepo ikiwa nje ni baridi.”
Meaning that if something is bad(the cold)we dont need something to make it worse(the wind).

Yes, Kansas City gets very cold and windy this time of year. That’s what inspired the proverb. That’s why Im working on leaving to the Motherland.
