I think the reason why some misinformed continental Afrikans call some Afrikans born and raised in AmeriKKKa ‘ obroni’ or ‘mzungu'(very insulting btw)is because when we visit Afrika we embody a lot of AmeriKKKan ways. In particular, Afrikan so called AmeriKKKan women we like to be kind of controlling due to being ‘on our own’ most of the time on the SnaKKKes. When I watch some YouTube vids I can see how some of the sistas got those ‘independent black woman’ vibes. While our role as divine feminines are definitely needed, we gotta step back and let the Afrikan man be just that. A man and our king, but when youve been tainted by western values it’s can be difficult to shake that western feminism mentality. Just my brief observations.
