This shit pissed me off.
I can’t be the only one in the Black Afrikan centered community that understands that there’s a difference in European science and Black science!! 🤷🏿♂️ What we call pseudo science is what our ancestors were doing!
This is from my paper that I’m working on; In the Kemetic spiritual system the Creator spoke the universe into existence and brought forth the Eight Infinite Ones: Nenu/Nenut, Hehu/Hehut, Keku/Keket, Imen/Imenet. These eight beings were the foundation of the universe. They are complementary couples that have always been and will always be in the universe (Carruthers 1995). A mathematician in Classical Kemet would have known this information as a kid and all through their adult life. Growing up in Kemet a mathematician would have been participating in Ritual ceremonies where they would have partaken in cleansing ceremonies, talking to the ancestors, making offerings to the Neters (deities), spiritual possessions and sacrificial offerings. This was the life for someone growing up in Kemet back in those times. Marshell Clegett says “during the three thousand years of Pharaonic Egypt there was no natural
philosophy or physics that was separate from religion, myth, and magic,” (Clegett, p263, 1989).So the thing that pisses me off that Dr Maat has her degree in science and have been to Afrikan and had participated in rituals but can’t fxckin comprehend that spirituality goes hand & hand with science for our ppl. 🤦🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️ And if you’re not doing it that way then you’re doing white science, science according to Europeans approach. Amos Wilson, Marimba Ani, Jacob Caruthers and others have talked about this!!! But for some fxckin reason these Black ppl think you can only do science one way…the European way!!! 😡 In Classical Kemet they had an understanding of what we call calculus, partial differential equations and complex analysis but they didn’t create technology like our enemies have done because they didn’t think on a lower level like the Europeans. Why they don’t see this!! 🤷🏿♂️
Kwaku, Kwabena and 3 others-
I stop listening to so-call “Dr. Ma’at” a long time ago. Ɔbenfo Obadele would constantly tell her, “why don’t you leave these white owned social media platforms and come and support Black owned media platforms?”
And “Dr. Ma’at” would have this look of disgust on her face like “how dare this Black man lecture me about leaving behind my thousands of followers and listeners on YouTube. Don’t he know that I am a DOCTOR. I have my PhD in Africa Studies.” Dr. Ma’at will laugh it off and say, “OK. OK. I hear you. I hear you Ɔbenfo”. And that will be the end of that discussion.
Dr. Ma’at, has convinced herself that she needs to be on white owned media platforms to “raise the consciousness of Black people.”
And this same Dr. Ma’at, will be on these white owned social media platforms, saying “Black people need their own”, “Black people, we need to support our own”, “Black Sovereignty”, “Black Power.” Remember, Dr. Ma’at has been saying this fake pro-Black rhetoric for years now, and she is still not on any Black own media platform. Dr. Ma’at is always on white owned media platforms, preaching about “Black Sovereignty” and “Black Power.”

I don’t know whether if someone is paying Dr. Ma’at to promote this nonsensical propaganda narrative of “Should Afrocentrism Be Conflated With Pseudoscience and Anti-Intellectualism” to her Black audience.
“Lord Jamar” just got embarrassed in front of the whole world by a white boy on his staunch belief on Flat Earth. Lord Jamar is a conspiracy theory Flat Earther believer. Lord Jamar believes there is a conspiracy to hide the true science that the World is Flat. I don’t and I have never in my life heard a Black person come out and say “the Earth is flat.” I have always heard that the Earth is flat, ALWAYS, from white boys. The Flat Earth conspiracy theory thing is a white boy thing. This let you know Lord Jamar hangs around with a lot of white boys.
(So the Creator-Nyame-Ɔbɔadeɛ-Amen-Atum-Amma-Ptah-created all the planets in the known Universe into a perfect sphere and then when it came to the planet Earth, suddenly decided to play a trick on humans and said, “you know what, let me make the Earth flat like a pancake”. This shows how delusional and stupid these white boys and their black minions flunkeys are”).
Lord Jamar is known in the JewTube streets as a “conscious”, woke” ‘brother’. Even in his early years in the hiphop music industry, Lord Jamar was known as someone who is “conscious” “woke” and “Afro-centric” in the hiphop music industry circle. Lord Jamar rose to fame as 1/3 of the fame hiphop group, Brand Nubian. Brand Nubian has always been known as a rap group who was always “conscious” “woke” “African conscious” “Afro-centric”. And they are known for kicking “knowledge”, “conscious” rhymes in their music. Because of their “conscious” “Afro-centric” rap theme in their music, it propelled Lord Jamar and Brand Nubian into the mainstream of the hiphop music industry.
I don’t know whether if Dr. Ma’at is trying to equate Lord Jamar’s conspiracy theory pseudoscience belief
of Flat Earth, and of the Earth being flat, with Kmtyw=Black (African) Intellectualism, Kmtyw Deep Knowledge and Afrocentrism. Again Lord Jamar is known as a “conscience” “woke” person in the Black JewTube community spaces, so I don’t know if Dr. Ma’at knowingly or unknowingly, is equating Lord Jamar “consciousness” “wokeness” and his pseudoscience belief in the “Flat Earth” conspiracy theory with Kmtyw Intellectualism and Kmtyw Centered Deep Thought and Knowledge.
But Dr. Ma’at should know better.
Dr. Ma’at has a Doctoral degree. Dr. Ma’at is quick to let you know that she has a PhD in African and African American Studies. So Dr. Ma’at should know better than to promote “Should Afrocentrism Be Conflated With Pseudoscience and Anti-Intellectualism” to her “raising consciousness” and “woke” Black audience on a white owned social media platform.
Dr. Ma’at is quick to remind you that, she studied under the feet of our Great Grancestors, Nana John Henrick Clarke, Nana Yosef Ben-Jochannan, Nana Amos Wilson, Nana Frances Cress Welsing, and Mama Marimba Ani.
I don’t know whether if Dr. Ma’at is equating the great intellectual capacity of our Great Grancestors with the likes of Lord Jamar (Lord Jamar himself has stated he dropped out of high school in the 9th grade). But Dr. Ma’at should know better.
I don’t know whether if Dr. Ma’at is trying to capitalize and cash in on the Lord Jamar Flat Earth debate debacle with a white boy.
But Dr. Ma’at should know better. She has been in the African and African American Studies community circles for decades and she should know better than to equate Kmtyw Intellectualism with pseudoscience and anti-intellectualism. Dr. Ma’at should not be promoting “Should Afrocentrism Be Conflated With Pseudoscience and Anti-Intellectualism” on a white owned media platform to her “woke” and “conscious” Black audience.
I don’t know whether if white boys and their Black minion flunky stooges are paying Dr. Ma’at to promote this “Should Afrocentrism Be Conflated With Pseudoscience and Anti-Intellectualism” false nonsensical narrative to her predominantly “woke” “conscience” Black audience on a white social media platform, but this is not a good look for Dr. Ma’at. Not at all.
It won’t surprise me if someone is paying her to promote “Should Afrocentrism Be Conflated With Pseudoscience and Anti-Intellectualism”, or either Dr. Ma’at have noticed her algorithms on white owned social media platforms, that she gets a lot of views and clicks if she promote contents like “Should Afrocentrism Be Conflated With Pseudoscience and Anti-Intellectualism” on white owned media platforms.
Also, I have recently noticed that Dr. Ma’at is slowly pivoting to the Foundational Black American rhetoric community. Foundational Black Americans, who believe that Black Americans should separate themselves from Black immigrants in America. I have seen a couple of times where she has invited Foundational Black American foot soldiers, who come on her white owned media platform to spew out nonsense to her predominantly “woke” and “raising consciousness” Black audience, that “Black American are their own “tribe” and Black Americans should delineate and separate themselves from Black immigrants in America”. I have even seen Dr. Ma’at give Lord Jamar, a known high school dropout pseudoscientist, a space on her white owned media platform, to spew out his pseudoscience nonsense to her predominantly “conscience” and “woke” Black audience.
Dr. Ma’at should know better.
She does not deserve the name “Ma’at”. The name “Ma’at” should never be associated with her.
