Another reason to come back home to Africa!

Don’t fool yourselves and think you will have a prosperous and happy life retiring in the USA.

If you don’t have two million dollars or more, then get ready for a very rocky road retiring in the West.

But, there is hope for us, if we move to other places in the world that value the elders and what they can still contribute to society.

White (Albino) folks have difficulty getting a job between age 40 and above; much more we black folks…very much less chance. Trump 2025 agenda is not for black folks, which is dismantling all the protection laws for the disenfranchised.

Rejected applicant sues university over alleged age discrimination:

Despite the seemingly compelling evidence of age discrimination, the presiding judge dismissed Spaeth’s case on the basis that no reasonable jury would view the situation as age discrimination. Not only was Spaeth’s lawsuit unsuccessful, but his legal efforts were ridiculed in the legal media and in the Wall Street Journal for his “hubris” as an experienced attorney trying to get a job by “suing for it.

Court Denies Georgetown’s Motion to Dismiss Age Discrimination Case
The U.S. District Court recently denied the motion of Georgetown University to dismiss the age discrimination claims filed by our client, Nicholas Spaeth. Mr. Spaeth has several decades’ experience in tax law, administrative law, and corporate law, arising from his extensive experience as general counsel for several Fortune 500 corporations, as well as Attorney General for North Dakota. He applied for a law school teaching position at Georgetown, but was turned down, in favor of younger, less-qualified applicants. The court’s decision found that Mr. Spaeth had properly pled his claims against Georgetown University. The decision was reported in the Legal Times blog , Thomson Reuters, and was discussed in a Bloomberg column by Michael Kinsley.

Older people are working, just to have medical care which is a demand shame for our elders. This is the ways of the Europeans and capitalism.
