Do we know based upon any texts or images when Menes/Narmer united upper and lower KMT, who was he fighting against in lower KMT? What it other black people, The aAmu, or both?

The palette’s images gives us clues. There are aamu captives that are bound and their decapitated heads are between their legs. These were people in the Delta and based on the desret crown he also fought kemetyw as well.

@Amoyemaat Yea, I was looking over the Menes Palette. I wasn’t sure how to distinguish the Kmtyw from the aAmu on the palette. What do you mean by “based on the desret crown he also fought kemetyw as well”?

@Amoyemaat Interesting enough, I just started watching a video where Ɔbenfo Obádélé talks about the Menes palette and answers my question! He talks about it at 1:36:00 in the following video – https://abibitumitv.com/v/3jE7wX
